I thought as I’ve probably listened to around 200 of these I might as well give you a head start.

I tend to listen on Youtube however he is also on itunes and elsewhere so you should find it on your favourite go to podcast platform. https://batgap.com/subscribe-to-podcast/

My fav UK spiritual teachers;

Here are interviews with two of my favourite British spiritual teachers whom I know and still love. These are typical discussions on non duality so maybe nothing new in here for you but a good resonance all the same.

061. TIM FREKE: interview 1
https://batgap.com/tim-freke

137. TIM FREKE: interview 2
https://batgap.com/tim-freke-2

095. RUPERT SPIRA: interview 1
https://batgap.com/rupert-spira

259. RUPERT SPIRA: interview 2
https://batgap.com/rupert-spira-2nd-interview

If you like Tim’s vibe (or even if you do not), here is a very interesting 50 minute discussion at a spiritual conference, between Tim and Gary Weber and Lisa Cairns. It cuts to the heart of what can be seen as differences in opinion about what non duality is all about:
“Filling in the details” – Science and Nonduality conference:

If you like Rupert Spira his Youtube channel is excellent. He is often helping people with direct pointings to Awareness but he also provides some good Somatic Meditations such as this one: Pouring Emptiness into the Body – Rupert Spira Guided Meditation:

Other random yet Interesting interviews:

510. Shaykh Burhanuddin Herrmann
https://batgap.com/shaykh-burhanuddin-herrmann

First up this Sufi guy had a really interesting story and a deep vibe, as well as good pointers. It’s actually one of my favourites.
( I also thought of this guy because he mentions an incredible story about visiting a British spiritual healer and psychic surgeon called Stephen Turoff. Stephen’s one of the best known British healers and I have used his service for some distance healing before. He’s the only person like this I know to recommend; https://www.stephenturoff.com/en/stephen-turoff/ )

152. Anita Moojani
https://batgap.com/anita-moorjani

Anita has an incredible story of how she had cancer and died, (NDE), was told by spirit it wasn’t her time and came back into her body and healed herself.

383. Jeffrey Martin
https://batgap.com/jeffery-martin

Dr Jeffrey Martin became interested in spirituality and started interviewing spiritual teachers to work out what is what. He then underwent his own journey of awakening. He uses his information and research to lay out four primary locations in consciousness after awakening. It’s interesting stuff. He also produced a short book on the subject called “The Finders”. As well he is engaged in some science research about the stimulated the brain to induce meditative states.

183. Gary Weber
https://batgap.com/gary-weber

I shared a link above between Gary and Tim Freke at the Science and Nonduality conference. If you are interested in Gary’s story here it is. Gary claims that it is possible for the Default Mode Network (DMN) to cut out permanently in one’s brain. The DMN being the pathway that induces the ‘unnecessary, repetitive, anxiety ridden, self referential thinking’. Some may describe this as Moksha or true liberation. Others may challenge that. I have met a few others who claim to be living in a similar way as well. Here is a short 12 minute clip from Gary;

‘What “no thoughts” means – 3 different kinds of thoughts’;

398. Baba Shiva Rudra Balayogi
https://batgap.com/baba-shiva-rudra-balayogi

If you like Gary’s story then you’ll also like this. Baba Shiva Rudra Balayogi came to Austin a few years ago and I had the pleasure to meet him. After his Guru died he went into meditation for 5 years until Moksha became apparent. It was a fascinating yet arduous path.

565. Dr Iain McGilchrist
https://batgap.com/iain-mcgilchrist/

Have you heard of Dr Iain McGilchrist’s work? His study is on the divided brain and he wrote a rather long book on the subject (which I haven’t read), titled: “The Master and his Emissary – The Divided Brain and the Making of the Western World.”. It’s a fascinating subject. And it has great relevance to what happens when one ‘Awakens’ imo. This is a decent interview but I would probably recommend listening to one of his concise lectures on the subject such as; ‘Perspectives on the Nature of Reality’ (1hr)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_AGejpKZyM

682. Jill Bolte Taylor
https://batgap.com/jill-bolte-taylor/

A great example from Dr McGilchrist work on the divided brain. Harvard Neurologist Jill Bolte Taylor had a stroke that effectively shut down her left brain. She found herself living in oneness, without her personal ego or the language to interact with the human world. Her book ‘Whole Brain Living’ describing the 4 main character archetypes of our brain/mind is a must read. 394. Culadasa (John Yates)
https://batgap.com/culadasa-john-yates/

I forget the intricacies of this interview now but I remember enjoying it. Culadasa is a Buddhist and neuroscientist whom wrote a great tome of a book about Meditation, the Mind and Buddhist practices; “The Mind Illuminated”

197. David Godman 1
https://batgap.com/david-godman/

If you like stories of the spiritual masters Ramana Maharshi and Papaji then the Biographer David Godman is an interesting one to listen to. So many Western nonduality teachers were influenced by Ramana and it’s good to hear some of the details of his life. There is also a second interview:
